Dhiego is an electrical engineer and entrepreneur based in Ottawa. His background includes more than a decade of operational leadership, with experience across stone fabrication, renovations and construction.

As TSF’s Co-Founder & Director of Operations, he brings a practical focus to the work behind each project: connecting people, information and the steps that turn a selected material into a finished surface.

His wider career includes procurement, scheduling, cost management and project coordination. That combination of engineering and business experience informs his approach to the day-to-day demands of delivery.

For TSF’s trade partners, the relationship begins with their customer’s needs. Our team supports material selection, project details, fabrication and installation, with the aim of making each stage clear and workable.

Stone is one part of a much larger space. The choices made at the showroom need to connect with the drawings, the site and the people bringing the project together.

TSF combines experienced staff, digital measurement and CNC fabrication to support that process. Our work is built around the designers, contractors, builders and resellers who trust us with their customers’ surfaces.

02Leadership & experience

Engineering & business foundation

Dhiego studied electrical engineering at Queen’s University and earned an MBA at the University of Ottawa. His education combines technical problem-solving with business and organizational management.

Entrepreneurial & operational leadership

His work has included strengthening supplier relationships, coordinating teams and improving the connections between design, purchasing, fabrication and site delivery.

At TSF, that operational perspective supports a straightforward goal: give our trade partners the expertise and coordination they need to move their stone projects forward.
